When Justin Bieber was in Paris on Thursday (May 31) to perform a secret show for his fans in the lead-up to the release of his Believe album, he got a surprise of his own when he walked into a glass wall, injuring himself mid-set.

According to an interview with TMZ, he bumped into the wall but was able to finish out the performance.

"I was performing, and I was going offstage and, basically, I'm in Paris and performing on the tallest building in Paris, and there's a glass wall behind me, but there's a railing behind the glass. And so I went to reach for the railing and I hit my head on the glass," he explained. "And I guess me and glass windows don't really go together."

He is referring to a viral video of himself going through a glass revolving door where he hit his head from back in 2010. However, this incident was a bit more serious and he added that he "felt lightheaded," but "my adrenaline pushed me through it and I performed the last song."

After he walked off the stage, he passed out for 15 seconds and later learned he suffered a concussion. "I feel good. I feel good," he assured his fans. "I have a little bit of a headache, but I feel fine."

On top of clearing the air with TMZ about the incident, he was able to laugh it off on Twitter: "Thanks for the love but there are alot of people out there who need prayers. im fine. just smacked my head and needed some water. all good. im Canadian. we are tough. lol. its all good. just gotta take it easy the rest of the night. back at it again for u guys tomorrow. Thanks.

"The fact you all knew what happened before my mom even did is impressive. lol. I have amazing fans. very grateful for your love," he continued. "Gonna eat, rest, get some sleep and tomorrow Im back at it. The show must go on! Love yall. We got this."

Bieber had this message for the glass wall. "I will see u again Glass. I will have my revenge. BIEBER vs GLASS. MGM LAS VEGAS 2013. lol. #GottaLaughAtYourself," he joked.

While chatting with TMZ, Bieber also commented on the pandemonium he stirred up when he performed a secret show in Oslo, Norway, earlier this week, during which several young fans were injured.

"Oh my goodness that was crazy. The fans were insane. I even had to go to this secret location or else they were going to cancel my show, it was crazy," he said. "Norway's been waiting for me to come, and I've never been to Norway. It was nuts."

Despite several minor setbacks on his secret-show tour, Bieber plans to continue his final 10 around the world in the lead-up to the June 19 album release.

When MTV News caught up with Bieber before Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, he threw all his support behind multi-nominee "Bridesmaids." "I just think it was funny. It's kind of like the female version of 'The Hangover,' " he said.

Ke$ha Gives Flaming Lips Frontman His First-Ever Toe Tattoo

Wayne Coyne talks about what happens when you work with 'freaks' like Ke$ha on The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends.
By James Montgomery

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/flaming_lips/artist.jhtml">Flaming Lips</a> mastermind Wayne Coyne took away more than just <a href="http://pitchfork.com/news/46404-flaming-lips-blood-vinyl-10-copies-2500-features-keha-erykah-badu-nick-cave-chris-martin-blood/" target="_blank">a vial of blood</a> when he traveled to Nashville to record with <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a>. (Though, really, you'd think that would be enough.) He also left with his first-ever tattoo ... not to mention a newfound respect for the wild-child pop star.</P><P>"Most of the time, if someone's willing to work with me, they're going to be a freak. And Ke$ha ... I sort of thought that she would be a freak, I'd heard about her and we'd tried to get a hold of her earlier," Coyne told MTV News backstage at the <a href="/news/articles/1685474/dave-matthews-band-hangout-fest.jhtml">Hangout Fest</a> in Gulf Shores, Alabama. "We showed up at her house, and she has a tattoo gun that she gives everyone a tattoo with, so within 20 minutes of being at her house, I had a tattoo on my toe; it's the only tattoo I've ever had.</P><P>"We were set to do this one song that I had prepared, and we went into the studio that night, and stayed there until about 2 in the morning, and did four songs, just making stuff up," he continued. "And the next day [we] worked for another couple hours. She's funny, she's gracious, she's imaginative, she's creative and she's <i>a lot</i> of fun to be around."</P><P>The result of that collaboration (a song called "2012") shows up on the Lips' special Record Store Day double-LP, <i>The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends,</i> a thoroughly out-there collection of songs and sound-collages that &#8212; as the title implies &#8212; the band recorded with the likes of Bon Iver, Nick Cave, Neon Indian, Yoko Ono and, uh, Coldplay's Chris Martin ... to name just a few. But will fans get to hear even <i>more</i> of the Flaming Lips/Ke$ha team-up? Well, Coyne certainly hopes so.</P><P>"We really loved making this music together &#8212; I think I've probably done six or seven songs with her &#8212; and I know a lot of her fans like ['2012'], but I don't know if we'll put more songs out there," he said. "She has other agendas besides doing music with Wayne, you know, but I hope so, because I think it's really great, crazy, <i>unexpected</i> music. And she, to her credit, loves what we do. She wants it to be whatever. She has no limits of what she wants it to be."</P><P>And don't think the <i>Heady Fwends</i> sessions will be the last time Coyne and Ke$ha share time (or blood) in the studio. If anything, the Lips' recent output of, uh, <i>non-traditional</i> releases &#8212; songs encased in gummy skulls and fetuses, 24-hour noise-jam freakouts that <a href="http://flaminglipstwentyfourhoursong.com/" target="_blank">play for all eternity</a>, limited-edition vinyl filled with actual blood, etc &#8212; suggests Coyne and Co. are just getting started ... and they're going to get even weirder before they're finished.</P><P>"That's been the beautiful thing about all of these weird collaborations and projects; you work with <i>freaks.</i> Even working with someone like Chris Martin, he's very open to, like, 'Let's do stuff!' That's the great surprise about it," Coyne said. "I don't think people are surprised when we work with a group like Lightning Bolt or Neon Indian &#8212; people think of us as like-minded &#8212; but the surprising thing with the Chris Martins or the Ke$has, they're like us too, they just don' play music that sounds like that all the time."</p>

Jay-Z Takes Off Studio Time For Blue Ivy Time

'I just wanna enjoy those moments for a bit and I'm sure that feeling of music will come back to me,' Jay-Z tells MTV News of his daughter.
By Rob Markman

<P><b>PHILADELPHIA</b> &#8212; These days, <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/jay_z/artist.jhtml">Jay-Z</a> would rather rock the cradle than rock the mic. After the birth of he and <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/knowles_beyonce/artist.jhtml">Beyonc&#233;</a>'s daughter <a href="/news/articles/1676906/beyonce-jay-z-baby-born-ivy-blue.jhtml">Blue Ivy</a>, Hov figured that he'd be so inspired by fatherhood that he'd be locked in the studio pouring his heart out. But fate has more immediate plans for the God MC, at least for the time being.</P><P>"I thought that I would after my daughter was born. I thought I would be more inspired with all the new feelings and everything that I'd have to write about, but it really happened the other way," Big Poppa Hov told MTV News told in Philadelphia following a press conference where he announced his two-day Made in America music festival. "I just really wanna hang out with her. I just wanna enjoy those moments for a bit and I'm sure that feeling of music will come back to me."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Jay-Z More Into Blue Ivy Than Music, At The Moment" id="vid:768866" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Jigga fans shouldn't worry though, when he does return to the booth, Jay will have a ton to rap about. Just days after baby Blue was born, Hov released "Glory," a track dedicated to his daughter. Not only did he rhyme of his innermost feelings, Jay also featured a sampling of Blue Ivy's first cries on the Pharrell Williams-produced track.</P><P>"A younger, smarter, faster me/ Saw a pinch of Hov, a whole glass of B," the one-time hustler rapped about his first born.</P><P>Long-time Jay fans shouldn't be too surprised by the rapper's intimate soul-bearing, he's been doing it since his 1996 debut album <I>Reasonable Doubt.</i></P><P>"My music has always been like that, if you listen to 'Glory' and you listen to 'Regrets,' which was on my first album, side by side, it's exploring the same sort of emotions," he insists. "It's just one deals with my mom, one deals with my daughter."</P><P>On "Regrets," a younger, much darker Jay addressed the ills of his former street life, but he framed his feelings within the confines of his mother's teachings. "You used to hold me, told me that I was the best/ Anything in this world I want, I could possess/ All that made me want is all that I could get/ In order to survive gotta learn to live with regrets," he spit on the song's heartfelt hook.</P><P>"My music has always been filled with those sort of emotions," he reasoned.</P><P><center><a href="http://www.mtv.com/photos/?fid=1617615"><img src="http://www.mtv.com/news/photos/s/spotted/banner/spotted.jpg"></a></center></p>

Justin Bieber 'Boyfriend' Remix Let 2 Chainz Express Himself 'In Different Ways'

'I enjoy doin' different records like that and not just hip-hop records,' Deuce tells MTV News.
By Rob Markman

<P>You'd be hard-pressed to find a rapper in higher demand than <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/id_4011955/artist.jhtml">2 Chainz</a> these days. With his debut solo album still months away, the charismatic Atlanta MC has logged a ton of features for the likes of Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Young Jeezy, Big K.R.I.T. and Kreayshawn. In fact, Deuce has received so many feature calls he has decided to fall back so he can concentrate on his solo album &#8212; save for a few special requests, of course.</P><P>"Maybe a few crossover records," 2 Chainz told MTV News on Sunday during the Atlanta stop on Drake's Club Paradise Tour. "I just did something for Bieber; that should be interesting."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="2 Chainz Describes Working With Justin Bieber, Mac Miller" id="vid:782302" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Chainz wouldn't tell us exactly which song he recorded with <a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/bieber_justin/artist.jhtml">Justin Bieber</a>, but on Tuesday night the Biebs spilled the beans over Twitter. "To celebrate the #BELIEVEtour coming ... I might need to drop this #BOYFRIENDremix @2Chainz @MacMiller," he <a href="http://twitter.com/justinbieber/status/205130937443418113" target="_blank">wrote</a>.</P><P>Mac responded with a tweet of his own, writing, "Uh oh," helping to build anticipation for the track.</P><P>No word on when Bieber plans to drop the "Boyfriend" remix, and what it will sound like is anyone's guess, but 2 Chainz assured us that he didn't have to tone down his trap rap to fit in with the baby-faced 18-year-old pop star. "I'm able to express myself in different ways, so I enjoy doin' different records like that and not just hip-hop records, so it's cool," he said.</P><P>After JB's remix comes out, it may be a while before fans hear any new rap collaborations from 2 Chainz, unless they are slated for his upcoming <i>Based on a T.R.U. Story,</i> which drops August 14. "It's not that I don't have ammunition for people &#8212; it's just that I want to focus on trying to make the album of the year," he said confidently. "That's something that I put out there, that's something that I'm striving to do, and so I may do features that make sense, something that's not in my genre, but I think I took care of all rap artists."</P><P>2 Chainz is rolling toward his highly anticipated LP, but on Tuesday he hit an unexpected bump in the road after he was arrested in New York's LaGuardia Airport after airport security found what they described as "brass knuckles" in the rapper's carry-on luggage. In an exclusive interview with MTV News, <a href="/news/articles/1685627/2-chainz-brass-knuckles-arrest.jhtml">2 Chainz explained</a> that what authorities called a weapon was actually a gold four-finger ring.</P><P>"They tried to assassinate my character, they tried to assassinate my swag," the rapper said after he was released from jail. "It was just a negative dilemma earlier where someone misconstrued a piece of jewelry for a weapon and stuff."</P><P><i>What are you expecting from Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" remix with 2 Chainz and Mac Miller? Stephenie Meyer Misses Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart On Set

'It seems funny not to have Kristen here,' 'Twilight' author tells MTV News from New Mexico set of 'The Host.'

Stephenie Meyer has a lot to be excited about. "Breaking Dawn - Part 2," the final installment of her "Twilight" vampire saga, hits theaters later this year, and the author has already started on her next big-screen project. She is currently working on the set of "The Host," the film adaptation of her sci-fi romance novel.

When MTV News headed to Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a behind-the-scenes look at the movie, Meyer told us how strange it feels not to have "Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart hanging around on set.

"It makes it a lot calmer. I do miss them, though," she said. "It seems funny not to have Kristen here. 'I'm on a set, why can't I talk to Kristen?' That's a little funny."

Although she misses working with the actors she spent nearly five years with bringing Edward Cullen and Bella Swan to life, Meyer has welcomed the experience of filming "The Host." Along with giving audiences the chance to see a whole new cast of characters, it was an opportunity to escape the dark and gloomy weather in Forks. "This [set] has beautiful landscapes everywhere we've been, and so that's been kind of different, too," she said. "We're not in a forest where you can't really see. We've got all this beautiful stuff. It's great."

She particularly enjoyed filming on the cave sets. "It was so awesome. The cave set was enormous. It was vast," the writer said. "They're just so cool, so much fun to walk on. It was kind of like someone built something out of your imagination just for you."

Meyer's story follows the invasion of an alien race called Souls. They enter the human body like parasites, erasing their hosts' personalities. But when Melanie Stryder's (Saoirse Ronan) body snatcher, Wanderer, instead becomes engulfed in Melanie's memories, she develops her own feelings for Melanie's love Jared (Max Irons) and allies with her host body to find him.

Those of you wondering if the script will stay true to the book needn't worry; the story is in good hands. Meyer revealed she's had a lot of input in this film thanks to director Andrew Niccol.

"Andrew and I work pretty well together. He's really, really great, and so he was super-easy to work with," she said. "In the script-writing process he loved to hear what I had to say and worked really well with me on that. He's really about, 'What do you think about this? What do you think about that?' I think [I have more input] because we are really in sync."

If you're like Meyer and you too miss Stewart and Pattinson, tune in to MTV on Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards to see if they take home the award for Best Kiss!

Check out everything we've got on "The Host."

Kristen Stewart Went 'Through Hell' For 'Snow White' ... And Loved It

'Huntsman' premiere kicks off Sneak Peek Week, leading up to Sunday's MTV Movie Awards.

Our action-packed lead-up to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards kicked off in a big way Tuesday (May 29) with our first Sneak Peek Week screening, of "Snow White and the Huntsman."

Not only were we able to present an exclusive clip from the highly anticipated film and screen it for a very lucky and enthusiastic audience, but stars Kristen Stewart and Sam Claflin were also on hand for a lighthearted-but-juicy Q&A, during which they revealed the pain and gain of their arduous-yet-rewarding experience.

"I think it was way more about getting ready to go through hell rather than learning fight sequences and stuff," Stewart said. "Every time I learned something, it was so not right [for the character]. Everything that I do in the movie, I could physically do."

For Stewart's co-star Claflin, who makes an impressive entrance in the film as the dashing and very skilled archer William, the actor was happy to have seasoned action star Chris Hemsworth around on set for guidance.

"For me, I had Chris Hemsworth to look at constantly," Claflin said of who he modeled his character after. "Way to make you feel less of a man. I think the producers wanted me to be him, but he couldn't play both parts. I was training quite a lot. One day I was on set when he took his top off and said, 'Can you hold this?' and [his stomach] is literally an ironing board," he joked, before admitting that his training was not at all easy. "It was hard. It was very hard work."

Don't forget to tune into MTV and MTV.com for more Sneak Peek Week fun with stars from "Magic Mike," "That's My Boy" and "Rock of Ages," all leading up to the 21st annual MTV Movie Awards live on Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET.

Howard Stern Calls Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez 'Dummies'

Britney will be 'train wreck' on 'X Factor,' new 'America's Got Talent' judge adds at press conference.
By James Montgomery

<P>Howard Stern held court at New York's Friars Club on Thursday in a long-running press conference to promote his upcoming stint as a judge on "America's Got Talent." And in keeping with the spirit of the legendary roasts that take place at the venue, he didn't shy away from taking some shots at his singing-competition contemporaries.</P><P>Stern was asked by a reporter whether he would have signed up for the "Talent" gig if it meant serving on a panel with "American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez and newly-announced <a href="/news/articles/1684813/britney-spears-x-factor-judge.jhtml">"X Factor" judge Britney Spears</a> &#8212; as opposed to the "Talent" tandem of Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne &#8212; and, well, let's just say he answered rather directly.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Howard Stern Calls Britney Spears And Jennifer Lopez 'Dummies'" id="vid:768341" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>"No, I would not [have], because I think we have the best judging panel out there, out of all these shows. I think that the judges all offer constructive, precise criticism, and I really like it," Stern said. "To sit there with J.Lo and Britney Spears and try to prop those two up, I'd be like a ventriloquist with two dummies; I'm not going to sit there and do that."</P><P>Stern didn't stop there, either. When he was asked for his thoughts on "The X Factor" 's reported <a href="/news/articles/1684879/britney-spears-x-factor-deal-judge.jhtml"> $15 million deal with Spears</a>, the shock jock joked that he was in favor of it ... for slightly dubious reasons, of course.</P><P>"I think it's a wonderful decision; Britney still thinks the world is flat. We're going to tune in to see if she can sort of function through the thing. As far as any real criticism, I think ["X Factor" judges] Simon [Cowell] and L.A. Reid will be doing that," he said. "I think Britney's going to stand there and eat a lollipop and wear a sexy outfit; I don't anticipate great opinions from her. I think she's going to sit there like J.Lo. 'Oh, you're wonderful, you're terrific. You think I could get a perfume endorsement out of this? You think I can perform on the show?' I think that's what it's about, but I think it will be interesting. ... I'll tune in to see what kind of train wreck she is, absolutely."</p>

Usher Unveils 'Nostalgic' New Song 'Twisted'

Looking 4 Myself track featuring Pharrell is classic R&B but 'very relevant,' superstar says on 'MTV First.'
By John Mitchell, with reporting by Sway Calloway

<P><a href="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/usher/artist.jhtml">Usher</a> sat down for an exclusive "MTV First" interview about his hotly anticipated upcoming release, <i>Looking 4 Myself</i>, his unconventional album-listening experience with the <a href="/news/articles/1685095/usher-twisted-climax-scream-mtv-premiere.jhtml">off-Broadway show "Fuerza Bruta"</a> and to give fans a first listen to the <i>Myself</i> track "Twisted" featuring Pharrell. He told MTV News' Sway Calloway the song is a "nostalgic record" that reflects the album's ambitious aim to represent the variety of musical experiences that have impacted the R&B superstar.</P><P>" 'Twisted' is more of a nostalgic record, so when you think about the classic R&B record, we managed a way to modernize it, even though that's very relevant," the singer said. "You hear records like Cee Lo, you hear Bruno Mars and also Andre 3000, and that sound is very relevant in this time. So this was kind of our way to tie it all together and give you something different that you probably wouldn't normally get from me."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Usher Calls 'Twisted' A 'Nostalgic' Record" id="vid:767985.id:1685137" width="415" height="255"></div><p></P><P>Adapting current sounds and making them his own is a theme Usher is bringing in earnest to <i>Looking 4 Myself</i> and also reflects his philosophy of how to stay in the game. The star released his self-titled debut in 1994, when he was just 16, and has gone on to sell over 65 million records worldwide and score nine #1 songs and six more top 10 hits.</P><P>As for how he's managed to stay on top for so long, Usher revealed that it's important to never be insular when it comes to music. "Life is a workout, man, it's like a treadmill, and you gotta be with it, you gotta just stay with it," he said. "For me, I've had the fortunate ability to always be mindful of other things and other people. I'm not so caught up in what I'm doing that I can't be cognizant of what other people enjoy. ... Now, I think music should be used as a channel to really allow people to have different experiences. So, this album is all about bottling up those different experiences."</P><P>The connecting tissue that's given Usher the ability to explore world music &#8212; from full-on dance tracks like his new single "Scream" and his collaboration with David Guetta, "Without You," to more classic R&B slow jams like "Climax" and the old-school spare drum beat of "Twisted" &#8212; while delivering cohesive records has been his voice, which he said brings "the essence of soul and emotion" to each record.</P><P>"All of my career is kind of an unveiling, an unfolding story, and it ain't done. There's so much more that I'm going to do, so much that I've now just been interested in and been introduced to," he continued. "I just want that experience of having this very monogamous relationship with entertainment and acting in a way where I can really, really focus and become better."</P><P>Usher's commitment to tackling the changing face of music head-on and forging new roads in entertainment as he matures &#8212; he is currently training for a Sugar Ray Leonard biopic &#8212; is the key to his success, he said, concluding, "It's all about evolution for me."</P><P><i>Share your review of "Twisted" in the comments below!</i></p>

The Black Keys and DJ Martin Solveig have been added to the list of performers at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, joining previously announced acts Fun. and Wiz Khalifa on the big show.

The Keys will be performing their hit "Gold on the Ceiling" — they premiered the video for the song on MTV back in February — while Solveig will serve as the house DJ, remixing themes from some of the most iconic films of all time, including "Star Wars," "Jaws" and "Pulp Fiction."

The 2012 MTV Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET/PT from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California. Comedian Russell Brand will serve as host for the show, and from the sound of things, he's, uh, very excited by the opportunity.

One Direction Hit 'MIB 3' Premiere Armed With Toy Guns

'I just think it's fun and the action's great,' Louis Tomlinson tells MTV News on the red carpet.

NEW YORK — Armed with Nerf guns, the five guys of One Direction hit up the "Men in Black 3" premiere at the Ziegfeld Theatre, ready to face any kind of challenges.

The fivesome, who kicked off their headlining U.S. tour on Tuesday night, took a break from the road to catch the film. They also chatted with MTV News on the red carpet about why they felt they needed a line of defense for the fete.

"We're safe [with them and we'll use them on] anyone who gets brave," Louis Tomlinson joked about their Nerf guns. But the fellas did have a real reason for wanting to catch the film: They are big fans of the "Men in Black" franchise and have been for quite some time.

"[They are] great films, aren't they?" Tomlinson added. "I just think it's fun and the action's great. We were young when the first came out, so we kind of grew up with them."

Once inside the theater, instead of having to fend off anyone who might have gotten in their way, they gave the guns away to a few young fans who ran up to them. While security did their best to keep fans away from the boy banders, one young girl managed to get to the floppy-haired Harry Styles. All five guys agreed to give the girl their autograph. Before the film started, they hung out in their seats, munching on popcorn while adoring fans and their moms checked the guys out.

Later on, at the after-party held on the USS Intrepid, fans followed the band as they made their way around the bash, including down several flights of stairs to the bathrooms. They didn't stop for anyone, but they smiled and waved occasionally.

The guys won't have too much time to hit up more movie premieres since they are back to playing Thursday night (May 24) in Virginia. One Direction will continue on their summer tour through July. Meanwhile, "Men in Black 3" opens Friday.

Check out everything we've got on "Men in Black 3."

Katy Perry Hits Water Park In New 'Part Of Me' Clip

'When we have a day off, she always likes me to explore something fun with her,' sister Angela Hudson says of Katy in upcoming film.

's 3-D docu-concert "Part of Me" will showcase the darker side of the pop darling's roller-coaster ride to fame, including her divorce from Russell Brand.

Still, there will be tons of fun thrown in the mix. In between scenes from her 2011 worldwide California Dreams trek, the July 5 film will also feature footage of the singer's family, including a water-park outing with her sister.

In an almost minute-long teaser clip from the film, Katy's older sister, Angela Hudson, talks about how she grew up promising to work with Katy "when she made it big." In between takes of the duo in choir and backstage at concert halls, Angela explains, "My sister, not only does she work hard on tour, but she likes to play hard on tour.

"Anytime we go to a city when we have a day off, she always likes me to explore something fun with her," she continues.

With her hit "Firework" serving as appropriate background music, KatyCats catch a glimpse of the Perry sisters basking in the adventures of a water park. But what would any amusement park be without a little action-ride anxiety? Asked how she's feeling before going on a bungee-jumping ride, the pop star responds, "I feel great. I'm really, really excited about my sister, who is scared of heights."

Unfortunately, Angela doesn't appear to enjoy the ride as much as Katy thought she would, as the older sis offers cameras a frown.

MTV News recently caught up with Perry at the Pepsi Fleet Week "Part of Me" Concert, where the patriotically-dressed songstress told us about how deep the film will take fans.

"It's the most intimate I've ever been. I mean that in a non-sexual way ... I mean it in a vulnerable way," she explained. "And so I'm not scared of it because I think it's important for me, and important these days, for people to not think people in my position are perfect and that if they want to achieve this type of dream or achieve a goal that they have to be flawless. They don't."

Rick Ross And Usher's 'Touch 'N You' Is For 'The Ladies'

Rozay and Usher talk to MTV News about the 'sexy' track from their video set in Atlanta.

God Forgives, but Rick Ross does not. Still, as apathetic as the Bawse may portray himself, Rozay has a sweet spot when it comes to the ladies. So on "Touch 'N You," the new big money single off of Ross' upcoming God Forgives, I Don't, the Maybach CEO and guest star Usher Raymond show a little love to the hunnies.

"It's a real sexy record. I wanted to make sure the ladies knew that they could be a part of this movement, a part of this project," Rick Ross told MTV News on Thursday (May 24) from the "Touch 'N You" video set in Atlanta. "I would never let the ladies down even if it's a real hard album or however it may be titled."

The upcoming clip is directed by Chris Robinson (Lil Wayne "How to Love," Jay-Z "Roc Boys") and will of course co-star Usher. "It's an incredible one, Chris once again comes together making an incredible video," Usher told us. "It is a conceptual video depicting the world that Rozay is in. My participation is just to show up and be cool."

Cool is an understatement when it comes to Usher, who is riding high off of his #1 Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Song "Climax." Ross is no stranger to love songs either; he's given the ladies plenty to swoon over on singles like 2008's "Here I Am" and 2010's "Aston Martin Music," but having Ush on a track adds a certain appeal.

The combination of Raymond's vocals and the sexy "Touch 'N You" video should be just enough to help Rozay properly put his feelings in perspective. Sometimes after long studio sessions with Meek Mill, Wale and the rest of his MMG compadres, the Bawse just needs to get away, and that's what he aims to capture in the clip. "It's basically like a situation where life gets so hectic sometimes you just want to get away with that special female and that's what this was based off," he said.

What do you think of Rick Ross and Usher's "Touch 'N You"? Lets us know in the comments!

Ke$ha Calls Bob Dylan Cover 'An Emotional Purging'

Pop singer sings 'Don't Think Twice, It's All Right' for Amnesty International anniversary album.
By Jocelyn Vena

<P>It's hard to associate <a href="/music/artist/_kesha_/artist.jhtml">Ke$ha</a> with songs about anything other than hot guys, body glitter and partying. But she's defying her usual topics of interest for human rights organization Amnesty International. The singer is one of the many musicians on the org's <i>Chimes of Freedom</i> compilation of Bob Dylan's music, out January 24.</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="Ke$ha Calls Bob Dylan Cover Choice 'An Accident'" id="vid:720838" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>When MTV News spoke with K-Dollar Sign last week about her <a href="/news/articles/1676172/kesha-sleazy-remix.jhtml">all-star remix of "Sleazy,"</a> she also opened up about switching gears vocally and emotionally for her version of Dylan's classic "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right."</P><P>"I mean, I think it's pretty well known that he's one of, if not my most, favorite artists of all time and ... one of the most amazing lyricists as well &#8212; the original storyteller," she explained. "So I love Bob Dylan and this was just, like, a dream. When they asked me to do a cover, I was just, like, salivating and going through all my records. It was so fun. It was the best homework assignment you could possibly have."</P><P>K's version of Dylan's song is a slow-burning, heartbreaking ode to the already heartbreaking classic, where she channels Dylan through lyrics like "Still I wish there was somethin' you would do or say/ To try and make me change my mind and stay/ We never did too much talkin' anyway/ So don't think twice, it's all right."</P><P></p><div class="player-placeholder right" title="What Is The Biggest Perk Of Being A Headliner?" id="vid:642810" width="240" height="211"></div><p></P><P>Ke$ha had originally intended to record another Dylan track, but when she heard that someone else had their sights set on it, she settled on "Don't Think Twice," prompting a catharsis she could never have imagined.</P><P>"This song was kind of an accident. I sat down and this is the first take that I ever sang," she recalled. "I just sat down on my bed for the first time after months of being on tour and I just started crying, and it was kind of like an emotional purging, and you can hear it on the record."</P><P>In addition to Ke$ha and her contribution, the album will feature 75 other Dylan classics recorded by nearly 80 artists including Adele, Miley Cyrus, "Glee" star Darren Criss, My Chemical Romance, Evan Rachel Wood and Sugarland. Adam Lambert's 'Whole Lotta Love': The Story Behind The Cover

Glam rocker tackled the legendary 1970 Led Zeppelin song for 'American Idol' rock night.
By Gil Kaufman

<P>Imagine a freight train speeding toward you at midnight. Or a rockslide barreling down a hill as you try to outrace it. That's the feeling of the ominous, chugging Jimmy Page riff that kicks off <MTVNLINK type="url" id="http://www.mtv.com/music/artist/led_zeppelin/artist.jhtml">Led Zeppelin</MTVNLINK>'s 1970 Stonehenge of rock, "Whole Lotta Love." And that's before singer Robert Plant leans into one of the nastiest, ecstatic rock screams this side of the Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again."</P><P>That's the song Adam Lambert chose to sing on <a href="/news/articles/1610708/adam-allison-shine-on-idol-rock-night.jhtml">"American Idol" rock night</a> Tuesday (May 5), and, needless to say, it was a challenge that the eyeliner-loving Los Angeles stage veteran was more than up for, hitting a series of high notes and rock screams that would have made Plant proud. It was a risky maneuver that paid off for Lambert, who chose a tune that came in at #75 on <I>Rolling Stone</i> magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Songs of All Time" in 2004.</P><P></p><div style="margin: 0px 10px 10px 0px; float: left;"> <embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtvmusic.com:84215" width="256" height="223" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" flashVars="dist=http://www.mtvmusic.com" allowFullScreen="true" AllowScriptAccess="always"></embed></div><p></P><P>The legendary British rock act recorded the tribute to Chicago blues icon Willie Dixon during their second U.S. tour after working it out in their live show, including it on their 1969 classic album <I>Led Zeppelin II.</i> Like many of the songs Zeppelin performed early in their career, "Love" was a blues standard turned on its head with a heavy dose of crunching psychedelic guitar and thundering drums, courtesy of late drummer John Bonham. The song was based on a 1962 tune by another blues forefather, Muddy Waters, called "You Need Love," which was penned by Dixon.</P><P>For Zeppelin's version, Plant customized the lyrics by adding some lyrical quotes from a few other songs Dixon wrote for Howlin' Wolf, "Back Door Man" and "Shake For Me," nailing the tricky vocal in a single take. It was also inspired by 1966's "You Need Loving" from the British rock group the Small Faces, for whom Zeppelin had great affection, but they also did not credit Dixon for his part in writing the original lyrics. The song became Zeppelin's first U.S. single and their only U.S. top 10 hit. Though their manager would not let them release singles in the U.K. because he thought it cannibalized album sales, the song was finally released as the band's only British single in 1997.</P><P>Dixon sued Zeppelin over the song in 1985, claiming it borrowed too heavily from his "You Need Love," and Zeppelin reached an agreement with him, with Dixon using the money he received to set up a program that provided musical instruments for schools. A cornerstone of heavy rock, the tune -- which was the theme song for the long-running British countdown show "Top of the Pops" in the 1970s and '80s -- has been covered by dozens of artists over the years, from Tina Turner and Ben Harper to Prince, Slash, Leona Lewis, Train's Pat Monahan, the London Symphony Orchestra and Jane's Addiction.</P><P><b>Get your "Idol" fix on MTV News' <a href="/news/articles/1486475/mtv-news-american-idol.jhtml">"American Idol" page</a>, where you'll find all the latest news, interviews and opinions.</b></p>
