She?s been troubled for years, and Mindy McCready finally disappeared with her 5-year-old son Zander last night (November 29).
The 36-year-old country singer took off with her boy after having a dispute with the Florida court system regarding the custody of Zander.
A Judge has demanded that Ms. McCready return with her son by Thursday at 5pm and return him to the custody of her parents, who are his legal guardians.
Mindy posted a message to her Facebook page last night, stating, ?My son is not missing. Police established that this afternoon via Skype. I have been fighting the Florida court system to protect my son and bring him home. Please do not worry.?
