Putting in a days work, Zooey Deschanel was on the set of "New Girl" in West Hollywood on Tuesday (January 22).
Decked out in a bright pink cape and black skinny pants, the "Elf" cutie took time between takes to study up on her lines as she sought solitude amongst the park-like scene.
Now in its second season, the popular comedy has gained quite a fan following for the adventures of Jess and her roommates.
A new episode of "New Girl," titled "Cooler" will air on Tuesday, January 29 at 9/8 central on Fox.
