For a couple who's been separated for more than a year, David Arquette and Courteney Cox are on excellent terms: They've vacationed together, Cox cheered for Arquette when he was on Dancing with the Stars, and they're even developing a TV show together! But that doesn't mean they'll be reconciling anytime soon -- or ever.
