New developments arise in the alleged hit-and-run incident that occurred on Wednesday (September 19) involving Lindsay Lohan.
In a grainy surveillance video, the 26-year-old?s black Porsche is spotted attempting to pull into the hotel parking garage.
At one point, a man is seen walking in front of the vehicle; however, it is unclear from the footage whether or not her car actually struck the alleged victim.
After the man walks in front of Lohan?s car, he is seen following her into the parking garage.
?While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing,? Lohan?s rep Steven Honig said. ?We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.?
